When you need a gentle push toward deep, restful sleep, just hop on the Night Bus. This blend is crafted to ease both body and mind into a state of complete calm so you can drift off naturally. Lemon balm and passionflower help quiet mental chatter, while nurturing motherwort releases tension and softens anxious edges. Lean over your cup as it steeps and breathe in the soothing aromatics of chamomile and catnip as a first step toward unwinding. Valerian root ushers in drowsiness, and a hint of warming spice wraps everything in cashmere softness.

For anyone struggling to "power down" at bedtime, a tea practice can be an extremely useful tool. The simple act of steeping tea never fails to bring me into a calm state. Sipping slowly and intentionally helps me to give the day away, signaling to my nervous system that it’s time to unwind. I hope Night Bus becomes a small nightly ritual you truly look forward to.

Decaffeinated.

More About Our Teas

Brewing Instructions

Herbal Teas: Brew 1-2 tbsp of loose tea per 1 cup of boiling water. Cover and steep for at least 10 minutes. For teas that contain roots or bark, steep time should be at least 15 minutes to achieve full flavor.

Unlike traditional camellia sinensis teas, herbal teas can and should be left to sit in the water. This will release even more benefits of the herbs, as well as other layers of flavor. Herbal teas may be re-steeped and enjoyed 2-4x.

Black Teas: Brew 1 tbsp tea with 1 cup of 200–212°F water. Steep for 4-5 minutes.

Green & White Teas: Brew 1 tbsp tea with 1 cup of 175-185°F water. Steep for 3-4 minutes for green tea, and 2-3 minutes for white tea.
