Return & Exchange Policy

Because all Misana Tea Company products are handcrafted in small batches and cannot be restocked, all sales are final. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, please contact me within 7 days of delivery and I will happily replace the item or issue store credit. I want you to love your tea, so if something isn't right, I’ll always do my best to find a solution.
