A blend to wake you up and wrap you in a warm hug, Morning in the Orchard was loosely inspired by a delightful morning with family where we proclaimed that we would eat apple crumb pie for breakfast and stay in our pajamas all day. (We made it until noon.) Luckily there's a bit of caffeine from the black tea to keep you going should you choose to drink this one at work.
Robust assam and sweet honeybush teas combine as the foundation for this blend, with dried apple pieces bringing in a fruit-forward flavor. Just like your favorite crumble, this blend is spiced with crystallized ginger, ceylon and kortinje cinnamons, nutmeg, lemon zest, and lightly sweetened with real maple syrup granules. The result is a tea that gets pretty darn close to "pie for breakfast" in beverage form.

More About Our Teas
Brewing Instructions
Herbal Teas: Brew 1-2 tbsp of loose tea per 1 cup of boiling water. Cover and steep for at least 10 minutes. For teas that contain roots or bark, steep time should be at least 15 minutes to achieve full flavor.
Unlike traditional camellia sinensis teas, herbal teas can and should be left to sit in the water. This will release even more benefits of the herbs, as well as other layers of flavor. Herbal teas may be re-steeped and enjoyed 2-4x.
Black Teas: Brew 1 tbsp tea with 1 cup of 200–212°F water. Steep for 4-5 minutes.
Green & White Teas: Brew 1 tbsp tea with 1 cup of 175-185°F water. Steep for 3-4 minutes for green tea, and 2-3 minutes for white tea.
