Iron Ally is crafted to support healthy blood and iron levels, improve absorption, and help the body rebuild stores over time.
At the heart of this blend is stinging nettle, one of the most beloved herbal allies for building and restoring the body. Nettle is naturally rich in minerals, including iron, and has long been used as a nutritive tonic for fatigue and depletion. Raspberry leaf adds additional mineral support while toning and strengthening the body, especially during times of physical stress or recovery (e.g. menstruation). Yellow dock root has a long tradition of use in herbalism for supporting iron absorption and encouraging healthy blood building, while moringa contributes an additional boost of nutrients with its naturally high vitamin and mineral content.
Rose hips and orange peel bring brightness to the cup while also providing vitamin C, which plays an important role in helping the body absorb iron effectively. Licorice root softens and rounds out the blend with natural sweetness while supporting digestion and soothing stressed systems, and warming Ceylon cinnamon helps stimulate circulation, while also making the tea feel more comforting.
Anyone who is anemic knows that it takes time to see a difference in iron levels, and often it takes a combined approach to diet and lifestyle, so please do not think of this as a quick fix. It’s the kind of formula meant to be worked with consistently, offering deep nourishment through mineral-rich herbs traditionally used to support vitality, circulation, and replenishment.
Originally, I created this tea for a family member with chronically low iron, but after hearing how much she genuinely enjoyed drinking it, I knew I wanted to share it more widely. My hope with Fortify was to create something deeply supportive that still tastes like a tea you’d actually crave, because nourishment works best when it’s something you look forward to.
Decaffeinated.

More About Our Teas
Brewing Instructions
Herbal Teas: Brew 1-2 tbsp of loose tea per 1 cup of boiling water. Cover and steep for at least 10 minutes. For teas that contain roots or bark, steep time should be at least 15 minutes to achieve full flavor.
Unlike traditional camellia sinensis teas, herbal teas can and should be left to sit in the water. This will release even more benefits of the herbs, as well as other layers of flavor. Herbal teas may be re-steeped and enjoyed 2-4x.
Black Teas: Brew 1 tbsp tea with 1 cup of 200–212°F water. Steep for 4-5 minutes.
Green & White Teas: Brew 1 tbsp tea with 1 cup of 175-185°F water. Steep for 3-4 minutes for green tea, and 2-3 minutes for white tea.
